GATE 2024- Exam Date, Syllabus & Registration

GATE 2024:  The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is a national-level entrance test conducted for admission into postgraduate programs in engineering, technology, and architecture. GATE 2024 Exam dates will soon be announced by IISC Bangalore during the month of July and the tentative date for the registration portal open in the month of August 2023 and the exam will conduct in the month of February 2024.

The exam fee for female candidates, SC/ST/PwD candidates, and candidates from Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) is Rs. 750, while for all other candidates, the fee is Rs. 1500.

This year, the GATE 2024 exam will comprise multiple-choice questions and numerical answer type questions. The duration of the exam will be 3 hours. Successful candidates in GATE can apply for admission into Master’s and Doctoral programs in various leading institutions in India, including IITs, NITs, IIITs, and other prestigious universities.
